Getting Groovy!

This term the school is studying Music and will be creating their own musical instruments towards the end of the term.  The children have been given a brief that they need to follow (see below).  We have also been talking in class about how the children will be "technologist" when they create their musical instrument.  We looked at the technology cycle (see below) and this is what we will follow when we create our instruments.  The children will make a plan in class towards the end of June and bring this home to show you what they need to bring from home to make it.  We are hoping the children will use recycled material to make this.  Plastic bottles, cans, cardboard, tin cans, tissue boxes are all great equipment that can easily be turned into instruments!
